Sir Donald Tsang KBE, was the Financial Secretary of Hong Kong during its transition from British to Chinese rule in 1997, and then became the second Chief Executive in 2005. Sam’s held an intimate party in his honor, to thank him for his many years of great service to this unique city, as well as for championing his own distinctive sartorial style.
